Tech 1
Here at L.A.Motorsport we have a tech 1 Ecu Reader the only Diagnostic tool that can read and remove stored Engine Fault codes from the factory ECM unit on the Lotus Carlton/ Omega.
Head gasket replacement service
Weve been replacing head gaskets on the Lotus Carlton / Omega engines for around 11 years now and have become quiet familiar with the beautiful 3.6ltr power plant that the engineers from Lotus built back in the 90’s. sadly every hero has a weakness and this is sadly true with the C36GET.
The head gasket being made of a composite material with a perferated steel centre and steel fire rings has the tendancy too blow if extreme coolant temperatures are seen due to a failing thermostat, main engine pump or a coolant leak causing you to overheat!

TUrbo Cores
we have a company that can make a set of turbo core replacements to OEM specs, these cores can come with a cast compressor wheel (OEM) or a billet option, the billet being stronger lighter and able to flow / compress the air more efficiently. so if your thinking about getting your turbos fully striped and overhauled please dont hesitate to contact us!
sandblasting & Powder coating.
we offer a full sandblasting and powder coating facility, so whether its your subframes that you want refurbing or a cam cover, intake manifold turbo comressor housing or chargecooler then just send us an enquiry and a member of our team will be more than happy to help
Front and rear Subframe restoration
we offer a full strip down and refurbishment service for your rear and front subframes, these can be finished in either spray paint, wrinckle paint or powder coat. all done in-house, this can be a cheeky winter project while your pride and joy is off the road during the cold and dreary months. the service includes a full strip down, sand blast, painting the reassembling with new bushes and bolts, if this is something your interested in please dont hesitate to get in contact for a quote.
Rare part Fabrication
Here at L.A.Motorsport we do our very best to source and offer out the parts we find to keep our cars on the road, if parts cant be found then fabriacting them is the only way forward, we draw up cad files and 3d print most parts to check fitment. keep a check on our page for updates or head to our store to check out our ever growing range of parts
Engine Rebuilds
We offer a full strip down and rebuild service for your engine so if your engine is low on compresion or your just looking to breath some life back in to the C36GET engine and get her back in to tip top condition making the max amout of HP then this could be the service for you!
