One of the most common service items you may want to replace is the auxilliary belt, its easy to get carried away take the old belt off without taking notes and forget how to install the new one, fret not were here to help! the belt goes as the diagram shows above. for ease install the belt to all pulleys except the alternator and put your 15mm ratchet or spanner on the deflection pulley bolt and rotate down this will slacken the belt enough to slide it over the alternator.

we’ve all taken the ignition leads off before and forgotten what leads goes where, no? , just me then.
The coil setup on these cars are wasted spark coils, meaning it fires 2 cylinders at once and one is wasted, hence the term. The coils can go anywhere on the board as they are the same. However the leads need to be installed as the image above shows. click the button below to go to the store to order coils or Ignition leads. leads come in 8 and 10 mm. the ignition board is also available through our store
This is the torque sequence for the cylinder head, these will help you take the head off and reinstall it after all the necassery checks have been done ofcoarse. the torque Values change depending on the fastener being used ie torque to yield bolts (stretch bolts) or Head studs, this info can also be found on our website.
